What we collect
We keep data collection deliberately small. Through this website, personal data reaches us in a limited number of ways.
- Booking a discovery call: the name, email address and any notes you enter in the booking form, processed through Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling.
- Email or direct contact: whatever you choose to send us.
- Server logs: standard technical request data, used to keep the site available and secure.
Why we process it
We process your data to schedule and hold the conversation you requested, to answer your questions, to deliver work you engaged us for, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are removed once they are no longer relevant. Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing.
Send the request through the contact page and we will handle it within the statutory period. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Processors we use
This website uses Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling for booking calls, and standard hosting infrastructure to serve the site. Where a service provider processes data on our behalf, it does so under a data processing agreement.
