Business Process Automation
Business process automation and workflow design
Sendoris redesigns the processes behind your daily work and then automates the parts that should not need a person. It starts with the process itself, because automating a confusing process only produces confusion faster.
Most operational pain is not a tool problem. It is a process that grew by accident, one exception at a time. We straighten the process first, then decide what a machine should carry.
Availability
Available internationally, with most clients in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and the United States.
Problems this solves
- Nobody can describe how a process works end to end without asking three people.
- Every customer or order is handled slightly differently.
- Handovers between people or departments lose information.
- New team members take months to become productive.
Who this is for
- Operations leads and owners carrying the process in their head.
- Companies preparing to scale, hire or hand over daily operations.
- Teams whose tooling is fine but whose workflow is not.
Typical use cases
Quote to invoice
One connected path from first request to payment, with each step owned and visible.
Intake and triage
Incoming work sorted by urgency and type, so the right person sees it first.
Approvals
Approvals that happen in hours instead of days, with a record of who decided what.
Handover documentation
A written process that makes hiring, delegating or selling the business realistic.
How we work
Map what happens now
We sit with the people doing the work and write down the real process, exceptions included.
Simplify before automating
Steps that exist only out of habit are removed. This is usually where most of the value appears.
Automate the mechanical parts
Whatever remains that does not need judgement is handed to software, with clear checks.
Hand it over properly
Your team gets documentation and training so the process belongs to you, not to us.
What you can expect
- A process your team can describe in one page.
- Shorter turnaround times without adding headcount.
- Fewer things falling between people.
- A realistic basis for delegating or scaling the operation.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from AI automation?
- AI automation is one possible outcome of this work. Process automation starts a step earlier, with the design of the process itself, and often the best answer involves no AI at all.
- Do you need to change our software?
- Not necessarily. In many cases the existing tools are adequate once the process around them is clear.
- How long does a process redesign take?
- A single process is usually mapped and redesigned in two to four weeks. Implementation depends on how much is automated.
- Will our team have to change how they work?
- Some, yes. We involve the people doing the work from the first session, because a process nobody agrees with does not survive contact with a busy week.
