AI Strategy
AI strategy and technology roadmaps
Sendoris helps owners and leadership teams decide what to do about AI over the next twelve to twenty-four months. You get a written strategy with priorities, budget ranges, risks and a clear order of work.
Strategy here means something modest and useful: knowing what you will do, what you will not do, and in which order. Most companies need one page of clear intent more than they need another pilot.
Availability
Available internationally, with most clients in the Netherlands, the rest of Europe and the United States.
Problems this solves
- Different people in the business are pulling in different technology directions.
- Budget is spent reactively, on whatever tool was demoed most recently.
- There is no agreed view of what should be done first, second and not at all.
- Nobody has looked at the risks: privacy, data, dependence, staff confidence.
Who this is for
- Owners and leadership teams planning the next budget cycle.
- Companies with several competing internal initiatives.
- Businesses that want an outside view before committing serious money.
Typical use cases
Twelve-month roadmap
A sequenced plan with effort, budget range and expected outcome per item.
Readiness assessment
An honest look at data quality, processes, skills and appetite for change.
Governance and policy
Simple internal rules for how AI may be used, written for people rather than lawyers.
Board and investor material
A version of the plan your board, bank or investors can actually read.
How we work
Interviews
Short conversations with the people who run the work, not only with management.
Assessment
We review data, tools, processes and constraints, and note where the real limits are.
Prioritize
Everything is ranked by value and effort, including the option of doing nothing this year.
Write it down
One document, in plain language, that survives being read six months later.
What you can expect
- An agreed order of work across the leadership team.
- A budget you can defend, with ranges rather than false precision.
- Named risks, with a plan for each.
- Fewer reactive purchases during the year.
Frequently asked questions
- Is a strategy useful for a company of ten people?
- Yes, though it is shorter. For a small company the value is mostly in deciding what not to do this year.
- Do you implement the strategy afterwards?
- We can, and we can also stay out of it. The strategy is written so another party could execute it.
- How is this different from AI consulting?
- Consulting usually answers a specific question. Strategy sets the direction and order for the whole year.
- Will you promise a return on investment?
- No. We give estimated ranges and state the assumptions behind them. Guaranteed savings are not something an honest adviser can offer.
